Complete nutritional composition of the food consumed
The user enters the food ingested into our mobile application. Thus, the application can link the nutritional contributions of each ingredient to the user’s profile with the breakdown of macro and micronutrients.
Biometric parameters
The consideration of the biometric parameters (anthropometry, body composition) of each individual provides a higher level of precision and personalization, by including these factors in the calculations of nutritional needs.
Daily physical activity
Through integrations with other applications or by entering them manually, the user provides information on their daily physical activity, which allows it to be related not only to the calories consumed, but also to the nutrients to the extent that this relationship is known.
